50% of happiness is genetic and 40% you can control. 5 tips to increase your happiness. 1)Be optimistic; 2) Do 5 random acts of kindness a week; 3)Forgive people & let them know; 4)Keep a gratitude journal; 5)Write thank you notes (by hand on paper not email). For some people just making their bed dialy makes them happier.
