"For the most part I agree with all the policies. However, I feel there should be an exception policy for a first time a person cannot give a full 24 hour advance notice that they cannot make their appointment. I have been a member a long time and know how long a waiting list there is to get in with my certain masseuse and I did not want to cancel until jury duty ( in my case) forced me to. I think a 123 strike would be more appropriate.
