COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We hire our therapists as employees, not as sub-contractors, and offer in-house training so that our therapists can master their profession while making a lucrative weekly income. Compensation, benefits (including free massages and discounted CEU’s) will be discussed at interview.

Founded by a Massage Therapist, our mission is to provide quality and professional massages at an affordable rate through our membership based program. We are currently serving 500+ clients per month and growing rapidly!  Our membership program provides our therapists with repeat clients and allows clients to financially incorporate massage into their lives on a regular basis. We are open seven days a week and Elements Therapeutic Massage is the #1 employer of Massage Therapists in Massachusetts!

Elements Therapeutic Massage in Stoneham is looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a Sales/Client Service Specialist. Responsibilities include selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience.
