About Our Level System  |  Selecting Your Ideal Therapist

Most likely, you were matched with a massage therapist when you booked your appointment; but if not, now is the time to learn about our level system. This matching system uses 4 levels of pressure, understanding what they mean will allow you to describe the type and pressure of massage you will want during future sessions.

 

Pressure Level 1:

Gives a light and relaxing massage

Pressure Level 2:

Gives a medium pressure massage with no specific trigger point work

Pressure Level 3:

Gives a medium to deep pressure massage including some trigger point work

Pressure Level 4:

Very deep massage including trigger point work

Fun Fact: Vince is an athlete and an avid believer in living with as little stress as possible. He enjoys playing basketball, ultimate Frisbee, and volleyball. An interesting fact about Vince, is he has been to all the continents in the northern hemisphere.
