Traditional education led me to focus on business practices which I pursued through high school and buisiness school. Eventually I found my true calling in healing therapy and graduated massage school in 2005.

As a hometown girl and military bride I lived in the Tidewater cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake in Virginia. My husband retiring from the military brought me to put down new roots here in the beatiful state of Alabama in the county of Semmes.

Recognizing my American heritage I first explore the east coast and then traveled across country. I have gone from Virginia to California and to the northern wilderness of South Dakota. My adventures have taken me to experiences that I will soon not forget!
My Dream Vacation:
A combination of luxury and nature is perfect for me. I would love to go on an Alaska cruise with a day trip in across the land to see nature at its finest. I would love to experience wildlife on and off the boat with my husband at my side.
Favorite Massage Modalities:
Myofacia release is my preferred modality. It's helpful in finding the clients troubled areas and bringing relief to those symptoms. Prenatal is another modality I enjoy doing because both the client and myself come away with a satisfied feeling of peace.
Philosophy on Healing:
As people experience massage there is a physical, emotional, and spiritual release that occurs and benifits most other areas of life. A person feels cared for and supported with this feeling can face the world head on with what ever may come next.
