Massage Franchise Names Rob Duke Director of IT

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – June 20, 2009 – Fitness Together Holdings, Inc., the world’s largest wellness company, has named Rob Duke director of information technology (IT).
In his role, Mr. Duke is responsible for maintaining and supporting the corporate technology infrastructure of Fitness Together Franchise Corporation, a one-on-one personal training franchise, and affiliated company, elements therapeutic massage, inc., a massage therapy franchise.
Mr. Duke’s responsibilities include implementation and support of the Mind Body Online retail software, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Management System and other information systems used by the concepts. In addition, Mr. Duke provides franchise support, assisting with technology-related questions and issues.

Prior to joining the Fitness Together team, Mr. Duke served as director of IT for Spicy Pickle Franchising, Inc., a Denver-based company. There he developed and implemented an in-house IT department that prior to his employment had been outsourced to several vendors. He also served as help desk and IT solutions manager for Champps Entertainment for five years where he was instrumental in internalizing the company’s help desk, and where he developed training and implementation documentation for corporate support teams and end users.
