Sheila is a level 4 massage therapist. She received her education from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy when she lived in Tempe, Arizona. Sheilas modalities include: swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, trigger point, hot stone therapy, and injury rehabilitation. She likes to pull  techniques from all different modalities to meet the need of the client.

Maria is a level 2/3 massage therapist. She is certified in hot stones, prenatal, trigger point, deep tissue, and reflexology. She graduated from Houston School Of Massage. Maria loves swedish massage, so she can help people relax and find themselves in mind, body and spirit.

Lynelle is a level 3 massage therapist. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, sports massage and reflexology. Lynelle has a degree in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University and a Degree in Massage Therapy from Aveda Massage School. She really enjoys working with heat and doing stretching massages.

Betsy is a level 2/3 massage therapist. She is certified in: deep tissue, swedish massage, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques, and hot stone therapy. Betsy specializes in relaxation and medium pressure massage. Her favorite modalities are reflexology and swedish. She graduated from Aveda. Betsy is definitely one to try when you are in need of some stress free relaxation time.

Marylikes to combine deeper and gentler approaches; leaving each client with a feeling of having accomplished something along with a sense of deep relaxation.
