Philosophy on Healing: I believe in the natural, holistic way of healing. I am a facilitator of healing. Our bodies are made to heal naturally. Regular massage and chiropractic care as well as the food we eat help the body to heal from the inside out.
Exceptional Results: I have a client who was injured in a car accident involving a semi-truck. His chronic pain is now under control because of the Active Release Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage he has been receiving. According to him his quality of life has been drastically improved due to massage

Exceptional Results: I began working on a fibromyalgia patient incorporating myofascial release and massage. Her fibro pain was so severe that she could only tolerate light pressure. After three months of regular MFR sessions, she could tolerate medium pressure during her massage sessions. After six months her fibromyalgia pain was manageable and under control enabling her to resume her daily routine and have a better quality of life.
