I am always taken back to massage room on time and offered chance to use the bathroom and told to drink lots of water following the massage. Massage rooms are nice and quiet with soft music playing. The massage person always asks me what type of massage I want to receive, if there is a certain area that needs additional work. They listen carefully and do what I request.
