Abbie  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

Level 3/3+

Education: Spa Tech

Massage Modalities: Swedish

Massage Style: My massage is slow and relaxing. I use long strokes to soften tense muscles, with my favorite areas of focus being the neck and shoulder region.

Jammie  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

Level 3+4

Education: Lakeside School of Massage Therapy

Massage Modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Range of Motion, Hydrotherapy

Massage Style: My massage style is very therapeutic and sports focused. I like to work with athletes to help them recover from injury or achieve a better level of performance. I combine a variety of modalities with deep tissue in order to relieve sore, tired muscles. My pressure level rangers from medium to very firm depending on the needs of each individual client.

Megan  |  Licensed Massage Therapist

Level 3/3+

Education: Hesser College

Massage Modalities: Swedish, Sports Therapy, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy (hot, cold stone, heat packs) Myofascial Release, Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular

Massage Style: My massage style varies and changes from client to client. Depending if the client is looking for relaxation and to help de-stress, I use more of a calming approach with using Swedish massage (effleurage, petrissage and tapoetment) compression and light stretching. I will also coach them through breathing techniques to help calm the nerves. When it comes to those who are physically active, athletes, or those that drive/travel a lot and sit in front of a computer for hours on end, then I will give more of a deep tissue therapeutic approach. With this, I will do more concentrated work with stretching, Myofascial, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue.

Massage Style: Deep tissue therapeutic massage. I work well with athletes and those recovering from sports injuries. I can also perform a relaxing Swedish massage for those looking to de-stress. I can do anything from very light to a deep pressure. My favorite modality is Myofascial Release, which I typically integrate into a deep tissue massage along with stretching and range of motion as needed. For a Swedish massage I like to incorporate Neuromuscular technique to promote complete relaxation.
