Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger point, myofascial release

Amanda K.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: California Healing Arts College

Philsophy of healing:

Massage makes life more enjoyable!

Exceptional results Amanda has seen with massage:

"Clients with aches, pains, and tears leave feeling rejuvenated and notice a difference after just one session. A client came in limping with a torn ACL and was dependent on a brace daily. After our first massage he was completely pain-free and able to go the following week without his brace until surgery"

Caitlin H.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Heritage College 2010, Associate's in Therapeutic Massage

Philsophy of healing:

To me, massage is a very collaborative and intimate process. In this way, massage is more than physically healing; it's spiritually healing as well. In such a busy world where people are often disconnected from each other adn even themselves, receiving a massage from a skilled therapist who has good intentions is a very powerful experience.

Exceptional results Caitlin has seen with massage:

"I had a client who suffered for about 10 years with low back and glute pain. Movement was painful, difficult and discouraged her from being active. Working together for over a year, we discovered other tight areas contributing to her muscle imbalance. We did deep tissue and trigger point therapy as well as post isometric relaxation and stretching. Shortly after she was able to get around better, play with her son and her foot didn't drag anymore. She feels hopeful about her health because she can be more active now."

Aaron H.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Cortiva Institute of Massage

Philsophy of healing:

The body is a master computer, always alerting itself to its needs.  Massage is the oil that keeps it running effectivey.

Exceptional results Aaron has seen with massage:

"Improved body posture, better sleep and work habits, increased desire for fitness and a healthier lifestyle."

Victor A.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Ashmead College

Philsophy of healing:

I don't consider myself a healer, but more of a healing facilitator. I believe massage is a necessity disguised as a luxury and regular massage in combination with self-awareness will lead to a healthy lifestyle.

Exceptional results Victor has seen with massage:

"A man had a double hip replacement surgery and the doctors cut his adductors short. He could barely stand at a 45 degree angle. After (3) months of treatment massage he was able to stand completely upright for about an hour at a time and had regained much of his static posture."

Denell O.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Cortiva Institute - Seattle School of Massage Therapy; Extended professional massage therapy diploma

Philsophy of healing:

I strive to create an experience that is relaxing and therapeutic at the same time.  I treat each person as an individual, listen to their goals and expectations, and create a session to fit each client.  I rely on intuition as much as specific therapeutic techniques to address the body's needs.

Exceptional results Denell has seen with massage:

"I had a client who had injury to their neck and back.  I found multiple trigger points between their shoulders and found they were having referred pain down their arm.  I used deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, and hydrotherapy.  The treatments were frequent at first, however after a few weeks we were able to decrease the number of treatments to once a month.  To help relieve the client from their discomfort was very rewarding."

Tricia G.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Cortiva Institute of Federal Way, Extended program degree.

Philsophy of healing:

I believe massage is a respectable partnership between client and therapist.  My goal is to work with the body not on it.  I listen with my hands and follow where your body leads.  I don't see myself as a healer, but rather a helper in your own healing process.  Let me help you!

Exceptional results Tricia has seen with massage:

"I had a client who had migraine headaches at 7pm every night.  She had tried everything from acupuncture to even changing her diet, nothing helped.  Her doctor recommended massage therapy so she came to see me.  After doing the proper assessments I started my massage. She had a lot of tender and trigger points in her trapezius and in her neck. After working on her twice a week for 3 weeks her repeat migraines went away. She left feeling like her whole life could start again."

Michael S.  |  Licensed Massage Practitioner

Education: Cortiva Institute of Massage - Federal Way

Philsophy of healing:

The body is like a fine musical instrument, the right massage can fine tune it into symphonic perfection.

Exceptional results Michael has seen with massage:

"I have noticed clients returning after just a few sessions discovering that their bodies have changed for the better to the point of being possibly mistaken for an entirely different person."
