Specialties or Training: Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Prenatal Massage
Favorite Massage Modalities: Deep Tissue
Philosophy on Healing: To be aware of what your body needs and doesn’t need. Treat your body like a temple.
Exceptional Results: A client had severe pain in his right shoulder. He had been having difficulty raising his right arm above his chest. His treatment plan included: deep tissue massage with trigger point therapy and self-massage of the area twice a day for 3-5 minutes, and ice for 15 minutes after the massage. After 3 weeks we were able to cut back to twice a month. He is now able to raise his arm above his chest without pain.

Exceptional Results: A client of mine was suffering from severe upper back and neck pain. He was no longer able to follow his work-out plan. His treatment plan included a combination of deep tissue massage and use of a heat pack for 6 weeks. He is now back to his regular work-out and is diligent about receiving massage 2 times a month as part of his health plan.
Annie | Therapist
Education: Graduated Healing Arts Institute in 2005
Specialties or Training: Hot Stone, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and Oncology massage
Favorite Massage Modalities: Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point
Philosophy on Healing: I believe that the body’s natural state is one of wellness and that each individual has the ability to reach that
Exceptional Results: Anytime a client leaves feeling better then when they came in I consider that a great result. Some of the most satisfying results I have witnessed have been when a client has limited range of motion in an area, such as neck or arm, and after 55 minutes they have that range of motion restored. Seeing their relief and their body cooperating is amazing to witness.
