Rebecca | Therapist
Education: Erwin technical center Tampa FL. 750 hours.
Specialties or Training: Precision neuromuscular of the Upper extremities as well as knee, lower leg and foot, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage, also I am studying PNF Stretching,
Favorite Massage Modalities: Deep Tissue and trigger point. I specialize in shoulder work.
Philosophy on Healing: Never give up. The problem isn't that there are no answers but that there are so many answers that it can take time to find the right one. The key is when you find something doesn’t work, try another approach. Don’t keep trying to fit a round peg through a square hole.
Exceptional Results: I had a client who hadn't been able to sleep for days due to low back pain. I checked the QLs first and any slight touch would cause a spasm and pain. Instead of trying to wrestle it down I took another approach. Sometimes treating the muscles that affect the one in spasm can be an indirect way to treat the one that’s bothering him. This indirect method is usually much less painful and more effective since often the reason a muscle tightens up is due to another muscle that is too tight. I went to his glutes/hips and found they had some trigger points that referred to his low back, they were tender but not as painful as the QLs. After working the trigger points in his glutes, I returned to his QLs without any muscle spasm and pain.

Education: Brenneke School of Massage, Seattle Washington
Graduated 2004 from the Extended Professional Licensing Program
Specialties or Training: Hot Stone, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Massage for Arthritis Conditions, Medical Injury Treatment
Favorite Massage Modalities: Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment Massage
Philosophy on Healing: I believe that the body is capable of healing itself. It sometimes needs some help in achieving this healing and that’s where I come in. Massage is an incredible tool in facilitating healing within the body.
Exceptional Results: Over the last 11 years, I have seen many amazing results with massage therapy. I love how massage can take a person from their pain and limitation and help them along in their healing process. I have had a massage client come to me after an auto accident. She had braces on both of her arm, shoulder and neck. With the help of her Dr.’s, Chiropractor, as well as coming to me three times a week, within a few weeks she was brace free and well on the road to recovery. Cases like hers are the reason I believe so strongly in the benefits of massage therapy. Whether you are just needing to relax or de-stress, or if you’ve got major muscular injury that needs addressed, I firmly believe that massage can be a major tool in helping you achieve your wellness goals.
Carly - Lead Therapist | Therapist

Specialties Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal
Favorite Massage Modalities Customized
Philosophy on Healing:I firmly believe that massage therapy, whether used as a preventative medicine, or in conjunction with more traditional forms of healing, can allow the client to progress to higher levels of physical and emotional well-being. Through client education, I have found the healing process to be faster and the client more empowered, when taking an active role in their own healing.
Exceptional Results: I have spent years working within the resort and spa industry; an environment that provided the opportunity to work with thousands of individuals from across the world. I have worked extensively within the integrative medical community where in conjunction with medical doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and physical therapists, I was able to provide well-coordinated care for individuals suffering acute and chronic injury as well as musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
